The 2008 Federal Annual General Meeting was held on March 2008. As a
consequence, the Federal Council has been changed:
President:- Andy Armstrong FAITT
Treasurer/Secretary:- Marc Narder
AFAITT
State Representatives:-
Queensland:- Andy Armstrong,
Victoria:- John Alway
AFAITT , Councillor James Pegum
James and John remain on the council
but have resigned and handed over the board to Marc
Narder.

Dear Members of the
AITT,
There is no doubt
that the AITT has been in turmoil for quite a few years. There is however
also no doubt that the dedication of a few industry veterans has kept the
AITT alive.
On 01 March some of
us stopped asking “What can the AITT do for me?” and
began to ask
“What can I do for the AITT?”
This is what has
been done, continuing to be worked on and planned to be completed in 2008:

The Federal Secretariat has
moved to Queensland. If you
are interested in establishing a Regional Chapter please do call or email
us.

Negotiations to affiliate with
our counterparts in the USA,
UK, Canada and New Zealand have begun. If you
have contacts in any other countries or would like to be part of the process
please do call or email us.

The following commercial
ventures are being investigated:

AITT – Publications.

AITT – Education.

AITT – Properties.
-
AITT – Finance.
If you have any other suggestions or

Re-engineering and expansion of
the AITT website has begun. If you know anyone that may be interested in
advertising/sponsoring this project or if you would like to be part of the
process please do call or email us.
We that have stepped
up to the challenge would like to ask each and every one of you, your
colleagues, Staff and associates to seriously consider becoming financial
members of the AITT. Should you decide to stand up and be counted your
membership form is available.
